Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SellerApex ("we", "us") provides a service that syncs Shopify product catalogs to Amazon Seller Central. Contact: privacy@sellerapex.app.

2. Data we collect

When you install the SellerApex Shopify app, we receive and store:

• Your shop domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) and shop display name
• An OAuth access token used to read your products and inventory
• Product catalog data (titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, inventory) needed to sync to Amazon
• Subscription / billing status (provided by Shopify Billing)

We do not collect or store personal data about your customers (names, emails, addresses, orders).

3. How we use it

• Read your Shopify products and push them to your connected Amazon account
• Maintain your subscription and billing status
• Provide support and improve the service

We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Sub-processors

• Supabase (database & authentication, EU region)
• Cloudflare (hosting & CDN)
• Shopify (source data + billing)
• Amazon Selling Partner API (destination)

5. Data retention

When you uninstall the app, your access token is revoked immediately. All shop data is permanently deleted within 48 hours, triggered by Shopify's shop/redact webhook.

6. Your GDPR rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sellerapex.app. We respond within 30 days.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
