Refund policy
SellerApex is operated by UAB Agropliuso transportas. Subscriptions are billed through Shopify Billing. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact support and we will review refund requests according to Shopify billing rules and applicable law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Open SellerApex inside Shopify admin and contact support from the app, or
- Reply to an SellerApex support email with your store domain and subscription details.
After the 30 days
Subscription fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Free trial
Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.
Subscription approval, cancellation, and billing are handled through Shopify Billing.
