Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using SellerApex ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

2. Service description

SellerApex reads your Shopify product catalog and pushes listings to your Amazon Seller Central account. The Service is provided on a subscription basis billed through Shopify Billing.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Comply with Amazon's Selling Partner policies and Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy
  • Hold the rights to all content you sync (titles, images, descriptions)
  • Maintain accurate billing information through Shopify
  • Not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service

4. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify. You can cancel at any time from the Shopify admin. Charges already invoiced are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss caused by Shopify or Amazon outages, or third-party API limits.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
